Supplies Needed:

• H hook (5.00 mm)  you can use a smaller  hook to make a smaller bootie.

• Worsted Weight (#4) yarn. You can use two colors if you prefer or make one solid color. 

• Scissors

• Yarn Needle

Pattern Notes: 

• The Pattern starts in the foot. To make a smaller bootie you can use a smaller hook or decrease the number of chains.

• To make this with two colors, I will specify in parentheses within the pattern where to FO one color and join the other.

• Bootie is made flat and then sewn together.

• I use Red Heart Super Saver yarn for these kinds of projects because the babies rarely wear them for long. Parents mainly use them for picture props and/or heirlooms.

• Try a cute edging along the last row even if you plan on folding the "leg" of the bootie down. I will include a cute edging pattern for a boy and one for a girl at the end of the pattern.
